It makes the appointment process of patients and program users more effective and efficient. Patient appointment system, is a program or software through which people can register to attend a service or event at a specific time.
All Appointments Section
It allows us to easily view registered patient information, scheduled appointments, and the date and time of appointments, including temporary and online appointments. You can filter temporary and online appointments by patient type.
Patient appointment system In the Action section, there's an image indicating whether data has been sent to E Pulse. There's also a printer icon so you can print the appointment.
When you enter the section with the pencil icon in the Action section, you will see operations in the fields that appear upon the user's request (such as editing an appointment, saving/editing an examination, issuing an invoice, etc.).
For example, when scheduling an appointment, we can specify the appointment date, time, update doctor information, specify the patient's complaint, history, etc., and print the appointment report. Fields marked with * are mandatory.
We can also delete an appointment by deactivating the active section in the top right corner of the page. After deleting the canceled appointment, we also need to delete the service from E Pulse in the top left corner of the page.
In the Examination/Save Editing section, you can enter the doctor's prescription information, diagnosis, treatment, findings, and opinions, as well as add X-rays, films, and documents. Fields marked with * are mandatory.
When we enter the invoice section, we will be presented with a screen containing the patient's name, surname, and phone number. Fields marked with * are required. After selecting the payment information, entering the amount charged, and verifying the invoice date and time, we will select the invoice option and the transaction will be completed.
Patient appointment system When you enter the "Name and Surname" section, you'll see the patient profile screen. The patient profile also includes the patient's date of birth, phone number, address, and email address.
Under the name and surname, you'll find information about querying E-Pulse data and sending personnel information to E-Pulse. When you query E-Pulse data, you'll see the data we sent to E-Pulse.
When we access the E-Pulse Personal Information submission query, we are presented with a screen where we must enter the patient's information, such as blood type, employment status, disability, and educational status. Fields marked with an * are required. After entering all the data, click "Update" to complete the submission.
In the general section, we can see the patient's examination, control, pending, and canceled appointment numbers, the percentage rate, the list of all recent appointments, and the number of monthly appointments item by item.
We can also see the examination appointment list written for the patient in the All Appointments / Examination section.
We can access the patient's uploaded data from the X-ray/Film/Document and Files section.
In the Invoices section, you can find a list of invoices issued to the patient.
Temporary Appointments Section
In this section, we can see the appointments, date and time status of the patients we have saved.
Patient appointment system In some cases, patients don't want to share their personal information before coming in for an appointment. Therefore, when you access the "Add a temporary appointment" section on this screen, you can create your appointment by simply entering the patient's name, phone number, appointment date, appointment time, and doctor information. Similarly, you can also enter information such as the patient's complaint, medical history, and so on, as long as the patient shares it.
Fields marked with * are required. After all entries, click "Add" to create a temporary appointment.
If the patient has already made an appointment, you can create the patient record by entering the human icon in the Action section and entering any other identifying information the patient hasn't shared with us, etc. Clicking the pencil icon opens the appointment editing and examination/save editing sections.
Calendar Section
Patient appointment system In the calendar section, there is a chart where you can track and view your patients' daily, weekly and monthly appointments.
If the patient has appointments with different doctors, you need to filter them from the "Select a doctor" section in the top left.
In this section, we can select the patient we want, arrange an appointment, and print out the appointment.
