Procedures We Can Perform on All Patients
All patient entry and exit procedures In the "Show" section, we can view registered patients and the status of their appointments. The upper section of the screen helps us easily access the data of the person we want to find.
To perform this operation, we first need to select the patient type, specify the patient's name and surname, or specify a date range. Then, when we click Search, we'll find the data we need.

Clicking the arrow icon in the Action section allows you to access the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVK) consent form. After entering the patient's name and phone number, checking the "Read, Understand" box, and submitting the form, an SMS confirmation code will be sent to the patient's mobile phone. After obtaining the confirmation code from the patient, we log in to complete the process.
The arrow icon is replaced by a file image. This indicates that the action has been completed. When we access the pencil icon in the Action section, we can access and update the personal information of the patient we previously saved. When we access the small square icon, the Add New Appointment screen appears. From here, we can schedule an appointment for the patient by entering the doctor's name, date, and time. If we see the E Pulse image in the Action section, it means the patient's information has been sent to E Pulse.
How are patient entrance and exit procedures carried out?
Patient entry and exit procedures As the first step in sending data to E Pulse, the + sign must be selected in the type section of the patient addition section.
The case type should be selected from the patient type boxes according to the patient's information (such as citizen registration, foreign registration), and the patient's name, surname, TR or passport number, and date of birth information should be entered completely, as stated in their ID or passport.
The headings marked with * (Name and Surname-Gender-District-Date of Birth-Social Security Institution-Related Doctor-Clinic Status-Mobile Phone-Address) must be filled in as mandatory.
If data hasn't been sent to E-Pulse, we can return to the opened patient record, select the type, and complete the sending process. After this process, we also need to update the created appointment. This is so that the patient's appointment information can also be sent to E-Pulse. You can find out which data has been sent to E-Pulse by looking at the E-Pulse text in parentheses next to the headings.
Patient entry and exit procedures If the patient has any additional information they'd like to share, you can add it in the "Enter Other Data" section. You can upload the patient's files and documents in the "File/Document" section. You can also add a profile picture. After completing all these steps, click "Save" to complete the patient addition process.
If we've registered the patient and scheduled their appointment, but we don't think they've been seen, and we don't want them to appear in the patient records, we need to deactivate the active button in the upper right corner of the patient edit section and delete them from E Pulse. Proper execution of these processes is crucial for patient satisfaction and the effective management of the healthcare facility.
